From a series of work photographed in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. Without pretence, these observations are inspired by the dynamic and colourful pedestrian activity in an around the narrow pedestrian routes between low rise residential apartments.

About the artist

Cory White is an Australian portrait and documentary photographer whose work explores the interconnection of place, community and everyday life. His work values inclusivity and often highlights the idiosyncratic nature of daily life both at home and abroad through a unique, contemporary Australian Lens.

Materials

  • Paper & Printing

    We print to a 310gsm Iford Gallarie Prestige Smooth Cotton Rag on the latest Epson SureColor P20070 using genuine Epson Ultrachrome inks.

    Your giclee print will be dry mounted to an acid free 5mm fome board using an archival adhesive film.

  • Hardwood Frames

    Our mouldings are made from locally sourced sustainable Australian Tasmanian Oak.

    Our Shadow Box use spacers to allow the work to be set back in the frame to create a contemporary look.

  • Archival Materials

    The 3mm Plexiglass we use is museum grade. It is lighter than glass, helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.
